Workshop proposals are solicited with the aim of exploring special topics and providing international forums for researchers, engineers, and professionals to present early research results and share experiences focused on more specific research areas than the main conference. Workshops for presenting papers/posters/demos from industrial companies and panel discussion for future ubiquitous systems and services are also welcome.
Workshops will be held in conjunction with the main conference in the forms of either full-day or half-day event (the full-day workshop will have four 1.5 hour-sessions while the half-day workshop will have two 1.5 hour-sessions).
Workshop proposals are invited for the half- or full-day workshop in communication and networking areas.
Please send your proposal available at the link below to the workshop co-chairs, Prof. Sungrae Cho (srcho@uclab.re.kr) and Prof. Yonghoon Choi (yhchoi@kw.ac.kr) no later than January 15, 2014. Notification of acceptance will be made by January 20, 2014.
Please note that the proposals will be reviewed once received and we will try to send the notification back as soon as possible. Therefore, early-bird proposals (proposal submission by Nov. 30, 2013) are highly encouraged and will be given higher priority. For each approved workshop, at least one organizer must commit to attending and running the workshop on site. Each workshop will start to advertise and distribute its call for papers/demos/panels after receiving the workshop acceptance notification.
Please do not hesitate to send emails to the workshop co-chairs if you have any questions.
